Hell Boy Versus The Catholic School

A boy with the last name of "Hell" (no, not the comic wonder that you're such a fan of) was declined admission to a Catholic school he applied for. The school had welcomed him due to his academia, however, they arranged to let him in if he used his mother's maiden name.

As you might imagine, this did not go over well with the family. They stated that they are being victimized for their name, which is seemingly true.

The school has renounced it's hostility for the name and has agreed to allow 5-year-old Max Hell to attend the school, but only after the bizarre story was taken to the media.
